A group of children broke into a radio station in Western Australia’s remote Kimberley region and put themselves live on air for an impromptu late-night show full of swearing.
The first police knew of it was a phone call from a listener, concerned at swear words being broadcast.
Station manager Angie Stahl says she had previously given the children lessons in community radio, and they worked out how to make the studio go live.
“But unfortunately their show mainly involved swearing, which was a bit punk, a bit avant-garde, but also breaches the broadcasting laws, and our codes of practice.
“So the cops got a call from an outlaying station ringing up to say, ‘I think you’ve got some kids on the radio, they’re busy swearing, you’d better go bust them’.”
Ms Stahl said the children appear to have entered through a window in her house, which adjoins the studios.
While in the house they ate some chicken nuggets and dyed their hair.
Not long after going on-air with their expletive-ridden jokes, police officers arrived to put a stop to the radio broadcast.
Ms Stahl said the children may have a future in broadcasting.
“They’d come in a couple of times before to do a couple of shows and programs, so I’d taught them the basics,” she said.
“So it’s good to see the knowledge was used correctly.”

You can literally make anything and anyone problematic if you try hard enough seriously give me people and things and I’ll make them all “problematic” right now.
Dogs.
I don’t even have to do this one because PETA did it first by insinuating domestication is inherently abusive.
The sky
Used to trick and mock anyone who asks “what’s up?” A bullying tactic.
Super Mario Bros.
Stereotypes Italians, enforces the narrative of women who need men to rescue them, and encourages violence against turtles.
John Mulaney
He was over on the bench and he SAW what they did to Tyler and he did NOTHING.
Omfg
Pokemon
Making your pets fight repeatedly is animal abuse.
OP
OP literally argued that dogs were problematic but go off I guess
This is a work of art and should be sent to everyone as soon as they sign up for Tumblr so they know what they’re walking into
Hey instead of a Harry Potter world there should be a lord of the rings world where it’s super immersive and you’re given a sword when you enter the world and giant spiders chase you and the elf actors eat dirt and offer you some
can we befriend and/or flirt with the giant spiders asking for a friend
It’s you’re adventure you can do whatever you want but watch out!
HI, THIS EXISTS, IT’S CALLED EVERMORE PARK, IT’S IN PLEASANT GROVE, UTAH
it’s more of a DND park but it’s fantasy and characters give you quests and when you finish quests they give you a tarot card with the characters on it
The town functions as a real-time story with a plot and everybody has backstory and movie-quality makeup and shit
It has been said that there is no such thing as originality, but only new ways of doing something. This is not only the case for inventing but also in cinematography. In a great number of films, the plot is the driving factor in its creation. Many films, and even in other forms of media, draw inspiration from or are subtly influenced by other films. Some films even take an existing idea or plot and simply shift its setting. A very good example is the conversion of Shakespeare’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’ adapted to the big screen and also set in modern times, (though many criticized its lack of converting the speech to modern dialog). Two very different, but almost parallel stories when analyzed, are ‘High School Musical 2’ and the critically acclaimed ‘Star Wars: Return of the Jedi’.
Keep in mind that the while the casts and characters are interchangeable and not cut to fit in each role, the overarching stories are near identical. That is to say that the Luke could play Troy and Sharpay, while Mr. Fulton would fit well as Vader and Lando. ‘Star Wars: Return of the Jedi’ was released in 1983, twenty-four years prior to the release ‘High School Musical 2’. Despite this glaring gap in release time, they share a near identical story structure. ‘Return of the Jedi’ has an opening scene of Luke, Leia, and others freeing Han Solo from the notorious crime boss Jabba the Hutt. It could be said that Troy (Zac Efron) getting his girlfriend Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens) a job at Lava Springs Country Club, and thus freeing her from her mother in Albuquerque, are almost identical when the Science Fiction is stripped away.
When the Rebel Alliance learns of the construction of a new Death Star, they immediately decide to take action. They deploy a strike team to Endor to lower a shield protecting the new Death Star, and allow for single manned strike craft to assault the super weapon. Luke buys time for the Rebellion by turning himself in to the Empire. Vader attempts, (and fails), to turn Luke to the dark side of the Force. Vader takes him to the Emperor. In the interim, the Rebel fleet is ambushed by the Empire after discovering that the Death Star is fully operational. Leading to the famous “It’s a trap!” quote by Admiral Ackbar. The Emperor informs Luke that the new Death Star is fully operational and his friends are walking into a trap. A duel ensues between Vader and Luke, with the former using Luke’s guilt and worry against him. Luke is enraged by this and severs vader’s hand, thus disarming him. The Emperor is quite pleased and offers luke a place by his side. All he must do is kill Vader. Luke refuses and the Emperor uses force lightning to torture Luke. Vader, not wanting to see his son die, throws the Emperor down a chute, but is mortally wounded in the process. Vader redeems himself, and becomes one with the force.
Troy, as well as most of the Wildcats also face their inner doubts as Sharpay does everything in her power to force them to quit so she can romantically pursue him. Even having Mr. Fulton intimidate them into submission. She uses both guilt and greed to try and tempt Troy into performing with her, much like Vader and the Emperor tempting Luke to the Dark Side. Ryan attempts to sabotage the event in many ways to spite his sister Sharpay, as he realizes she cares more for performing with Troy than their sibling bond. He goes so far as to last minute switch the songs so she can no longer perform with troy. Troy performs most of the song alone, until Gabriella joins him. This could be compared to the Rebel fleets near destruction until last minute the shield is let down and they can begin the attack as well as being a trap set by the Empire portrayed in this scene by Ryan. As mentioned above, Vader redeems himself, as does Sharpay and Ryan who, in the end strengthen their bond.
The largest and most glaring similarity would be the ending scenes in both films. After a finale, the groups come together and witness a party with cameo appearances. In ‘Return of the Jedi’ it is a honorary ceremony held by the Ewoks with Luke seeing the Force ghosts of Yoda, Obi-Wan, and Anakin (Formerly Vader). The ending of ‘High School Musical 2’ contains a pool party with a cameo of Miley Cyrus being found by the Wildcats. In conclusion, these two great masterpieces of their times, herald the truth of an age old adage: “Great minds think alike”.
